Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our top-tier manufacturers across India to a fulfilment centre closest to your address, and then delivered directly to your door or local post office. Despite the fact that we are based in New Delhi, India, we ship nationwide at no additional cost.

When will my order ship?

After payment is received, orders may take up to 2-3 days to process. And, depending on where you live, it will arrive in 5-7 business days after the order has been processed. For example - Shipping to metro cities, will take closer to 7 days, whereas shipping to Jammu & Kashmir or the Andaman & Nicobar Islands will take closer to 10 days.

Can I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been processed and shipped, which you can use to track your order all the way to your doorstep or local post office!

How is the product quality?

All of our carefully sourced products are produced in India by top-tier manufacturers using high-quality materials. Furthermore, whenever possible, we choose environment friendly materials.

We are so confident about the quality of our products that, in the extremely unlikely event that this occurs, we will gladly refund or replace defective products at no charge.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Within 2 hours of placing your order, you have the option to change or cancel it without charge. We will not be able to change or cancel your order for free after it has been shipped.

Is my information safe?
