Returns & Exchanges
For defective or different items, we are happy to provide free replacements. Simply send us a photo or video proof to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days, and we'll take care of the rest!
However, if you receive a damaged product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
For a successful return pick-up, please keep the item in its original condition, with the brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging.
Before issuing a refund or replacement, we may contact you to determine the product's damage or defect.
Life gets in the way sometimes! If you were unable to accept delivery of your order for any reason, simply send us proof of tracking and incomplete delivery to email@example.com, and we will assist you in tracking down your order.
If you send us a cancellation email within 2 hours of placing your order, we will happily cancel it at no cost to you. If you cancel your order after 2 hours, you might be charged a restocking fee of 20%.
If you don't receive your product within 15 days (due to order lost in shipping or customs delays), you can contact us for a refund or replacement at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please keep in mind that refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed and credited to your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your funds after 14 days, please contact us at email@example.com, and we'll take care of it for you!
